At the heart of Azad Brothers is Shaan Agha, a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and storyteller whose leadership continues to shape the group’s mission and identity. As the CEO and founding force behind Azad Brothers, Shaan combines academic rigor, cross-cultural fluency, and entrepreneurial courage in everything he does.
A graduate of the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), Shaan began his business journey early. In 2004, he established his first textile and garment manufacturing unit in Türkiye—a small factory that laid the foundation for a lifelong connection with the country and its people.
Over the next two decades, Shaan expanded his ventures across sectors—from textiles to tourism, real estate to storytelling—always guided by a simple principle: solve real problems with real integrity.
Today, he leads a diversified group of companies across:

Mishal holds a Master’s degree from Florence, Italy, a city synonymous with art, elegance, and timeless design. Her journey has taken her across New York, Dubai, and now Türkiye, where she’s applied her talents in branding, design, marketing, and client experience across industries.
Her contributions to Azad go far beyond aesthetics—Mishal plays a vital role in shaping the voice, culture, and emotional DNA of the group. From brochures and logos to wellness initiatives, customer engagement, and internal training, she ensures Azad is not just professional—but personal, thoughtful, and human.
