A graduate of the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), Shaan began his business journey early. In 2004, he established his first textile and garment manufacturing unit in Türkiye—a small factory that laid the foundation for a lifelong connection with the country and its people.
Over the next two decades, Shaan expanded his ventures across sectors—from textiles to tourism, real estate to storytelling—always guided by a simple principle: solve real problems with real integrity.

As Partner and Division Head, Ali is known not just for his execution skills—but for being the walking encyclopedia of the Azad family, fondly nicknamed “Google” by colleagues and clients alike.
Ali holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, earned in Europe through a program based in Tunis, and has also studied at Sabancı University in Istanbul—equipping him with both a global outlook and deep regional understanding. Having lived in Türkiye since 2012, he is more local than most locals—fluent in the language, culture, and commercial landscape.
What sets Ali apart is his versatility and resourcefulness. Whether you’re looking to source specialized products, navigate Turkish bureaucracy, or set up an import/export structure, Ali is the go-to person.
