At the heart of Azad Brothers is Shaan Agha, a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and storyteller whose leadership continues to shape the group’s mission and identity. As the CEO and founding force behind Azad Brothers, Shaan combines academic rigor, cross-cultural fluency, and entrepreneurial courage in everything he does.
A graduate of the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), Shaan began his business journey early. In 2004, he established his first textile and garment manufacturing unit in Türkiye—a small factory that laid the foundation for a lifelong connection with the country and its people.
Over the next two decades, Shaan expanded his ventures across sectors—from textiles to tourism, real estate to storytelling—always guided by a simple principle: solve real problems with real integrity.
Today, he leads a diversified group of companies across:

Known within the Azad family as “The Boss,” Syed Asad Abbas has been at the helm of Azad Brothers since its inception—serving as co-founder, strategic partner, and the group’s beating heart on the ground. His journey is a powerful blend of financial discipline, cultural intelligence, and operational mastery.
A former banker by profession, Asad made a decisive move to Türkiye in 2011, pursuing a Master’s degree from Istanbul Aydın University. Since then, he has immersed himself in the tourism and hospitality industry, where he has now built a 14-year legacy of trust, relationships, and excellence.
From coordinating travel experiences to managing high-stakes property viewings, Asad brings unmatched people skills, negotiation ability, and ground-level execution to the group. He is especially known for his ability to win over clients from all walks of life, particularly those visiting from the Middle East, Pakistan, and Central Asia.
